Volunteering with uniformed youth groups like the Scouts, Guides and Cadets offers you a world of exciting opportunities and adventure. You can learn practical skills from Leadership to First Aid. Depending on which organisation you volunteer with you could also have the opportunity to gain further qualifications including RYA Power boating and City & Guilds in Youth Management and Training.
The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, is supporting us and has called for more adult volunteers to help build the uniformed youth groups to enable more young people to benefit.
