What is YOU London?
Twelve organisations, working better together
YOU London is a partnership of 12 uniformed youth organisations working collaboratively to maximise opportunities for young people in London. Together, they offer a wide range of opportunities, skills, experiences and supportive communities — with a proven track-record of success.
Each organisation provides positive, structured activities for young people in a safe space, delivered by trusted adult volunteers. All offer something slightly different, but their aims are the same: to help young people reach their full potential.
All develop essential life skills in young people and can often have a transformative impact on social inclusion, social mobility, employability and mental health. They can also have a transformative impact on the adults who volunteer — who often report an increase in life-satisfaction, friendships, practical skills and a real feeling of doing something worthwhile.

Raise awareness of uniformed youth groups in Greater London and the life-changing opportunities they provide, equipping young people with valuable skills, confidence and a strong sense of community.

Raise awareness of the continual and ongoing need for adult volunteers.

Encourage and facilitate collaboration between the partner organisations to amplify messaging, minimise duplication of effort and strengthen overall impact.
