HM Queen’s Birthday beacon in Hounslow

Members of YOU groups in Hounslow attended the Council’s Beacon lighting ceremony on 21 April. Recently appointed HM Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadet, Sergeant Major Khalil Ahmad of Heston Detachment, was honoured to light the Hounslow Beacon celebrating the 90th birthday of Her Majesty The Queen at Lampton Park among civic dignitaries, guests and a contingent of Irish Guards from Hounslow Barracks.
