Islington YOU launch borough ‘youth map’ at HAC Open evening
Air Cadets, Volunteer Police Cadets, and Army Cadets from City of London Academy CCF all played their part in the HAC Open evening on 10th May in Islington. The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC), the oldest regiment of the British Army, once again opened its magnificent Grade II listed City Headquarters to the general public for its annual Open Evening. Almost three thousand visitors enjoyed the free, action-packed family-friendly experience. Cadets were involved in bag searching, hosting and directing as well as talking to people about Islington’s Youth Organisations in Uniform. Their new map gives details and directions to the YOU groups in the borough.
